21 Day Fix comes with a sectional control container where all colors are coded to respond to different food groups. The purple and green containers have a capacity of 8 ounces for vegetables and fruits, respectively. It also has a 6-ounce protein container (red) containing 4 ounces of carbohydrates (yellow) containing 2.5 ounces of healthy fat (blue) containing 2.5 ounces of nuts and seeds (orange). Ounces.
