It’s my last day of winter break before I go back to work, so I’d like to share another week of free clean eating plans with you! I’ve gotten so much positive feedback on the last 3 clean eating plans and I’m so glad you guys love the plans.

It’s a new year and I know many people are looking to lose weight, eat healthier and feel better.

I’m here with you! However, I personally am not a fan of “diets”. I’m inclined to think there are easier ways to lose weight than morning shake replacement plans or an expensive Weight Watchers subscription. And hey, if they work for you, that’s great!

My approach is to eat well-balanced meals that reduce processed foods in my diet. I combine this with daily exercise and find it an easy and sustainable way to find a healthy weight for myself.

Best Mediterranean Diet Meal Plan For Beginners

I have a pretty liberal definition of clean eating. My interpretation is to try to eat food as close to its natural state as possible. This means reducing your intake of processed foods, eating lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, lean meats and whole grains. I have a few foods in these meal plans that some wouldn’t consider “clean eating” such as whole grain bread.

Many of us are pressed for time, so I’m making some adjustments to a few store-bought items. I make sure to read the ingredients list and don’t buy bread that contains sugar, high fructose corn syrup, or artificial flavors. If you want to bake your own bread for this meal plan, that’s great! If you want to substitute different ingredients, feel free! This is a general guideline to help you start eating a cleaner diet with less processed food.

I’ve never been as consistent as I’d like to be in the gym. My diet? Don’t even get me started on my love for Taco Bell!
