Everyone there asked me what kind of toothbrush I used. They make a lot of money selling expensive electric brushes. I need to make a separate appointment to see the dentist but I can speak with the office manager! It is not Health but a business.

Then they wanted my disabled mother out the back door without having to walk around the house to get to her car. My mother was crying and they didn’t want other patients to see her stomach.

This place is scary and will try to scam you and charge you thousands of dollars for useless services. Dentists have no power and do not care about their patients, they are just greedy. Avoid this place! They broke one of my good teeth and didn’t apologize.

Aspen Dental at The Springs in El Paso Texas is the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff who did my x-rays was wonderful. My x-rays and the teeth shown on the computer are state of the art. Unbelievable, what a technology, I am amazed. Dentist Larrisa Flores explained all my options thoroughly and I understood. There are financial options. I am 100% satisfied.

Make an appointment online to have the tooth removed, and they will put the rubber on the stick. When I arrived they ran up the bill with a bunch of x-rays which we didn’t need. Tried to sell me on a full set of dentures which was unnecessary, top and bottom and then told the oral surgeon only here 1 day per month. These people are preachers, get away. Friendly person on the phone, gathered my information and set up an appointment for tomorrow January 6th at noon. I am disabled and asked about handicap parking. He said we have many. Got a call back about an hour later from Laura asking the same questions and asking me to come 10 minutes earlier just to check in properly. He said there is no charge for the first visit, x-rays are free, a treatment plan will be discussed before proceeding beyond 1 day.

Something I was not told on the phone when I made the appointment yesterday. I would avoid this place unless there is nowhere else to go.
