This weight loss smoothie recipe is a twist on smoothies to be included in many client’s meal plans and can help promote healthy weight loss in conjunction with a balanced diet!

This all depends on what’s in your charms! Because smoothies come in many combinations and sizes, there are some that can definitely support weight loss in your weight loss journey while others may not. It also depends on personal nutritional needs, but I think smoothies can be a great part of a healthy weight loss plan.

This means no added sugar that comes from sweetened juices or other proven sugar sources. Whole fruits and small amounts of natural sweeteners (maple syrup, palm, or honey) are a perfectly fine and healthy way to help your sweet tooth without overloading yourself with sugar.
