Nuts, seeds and related butters offer quality sources of protein, vegetable fat and fiber. All three are the blood sugar balancing nutrients we’re looking for! In addition to helping promote healthy blood sugar levels, these foods have been shown to keep you feeling satisfied and full for longer.
