When I first started the keto diet, I felt really overwhelmed and confused! I was wondering “how do I get started on keto?” There are many rules: macros to count, foods to avoid, ketones to measure. It was too much – I almost gave up before the first week started! I wish there was a free keto meal plan that I could follow to lose weight quickly without confusion, but I couldn’t find anything that would fit my needs. I was looking for a clean, dairy-free keto approach with real food recipes. I couldn’t find anything, so I created my own 7-day keto diet menu! Today, I’m sharing that keto diet plan with you, so you can make the quick and easy transition to the keto diet without any frustration! Here’s an easy-to-follow one-week ketogenic diet plan to lose weight and feel great!

This keto meal plan is completely free and super easy to follow! It includes some of my really favorite keto recipes, and your macros have been calculated for you (and calories too!) To facilitate quick weight loss, a diet meal plan This keto diet is limited to 1200-1500 calories per day. Fats are very satisfying and you will be surprised at how full you are with only 1200 calories. Many people lose up to 10 pounds or more on similar one-week keto diet plans. Each day on this keto diet menu includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack/dessert recipes. The recipes are delicious and super easy to make!

This meal plan follows the “classic keto” principles of about 75% fat, 20% protein, and 5% net carbs per day. You should eat one serving according to the recipe, unless otherwise noted. If you’re still hungry while following this keto meal plan, you can add extra fat (i.e. coconut oil, MCT oil, fat bomb, etc.) Serve your food in mayonnaise– just make sure you watch your calories and don’t go overboard. Another option is to double your servings (i.e., eat 2 servings of the recipe instead of one), which will keep your macros the same but double your calorie intake.
