Today, I’m going to share that keto diet plan with you so you can transition to keto quickly and easily, without frustration! This is an easy-to-follow 1-week ketogenic diet plan to lose weight and feel great!

The Keto Meal Plan Cookbook

This keto diet is completely free and super easy to follow! Here are some of my favorite real food ketogenic recipes, and your macros are already counted (and calories too!). Fat is very satisfying and you will be surprised how full you can feel with only 1200 calories. Many people lose up to 10 pounds or more on a similar one-week keto diet plan. This keto diet menu includes daily breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack/dessert recipes. The recipe is delicious and super easy to make!

This meal plan follows the “classic keto” guidelines of around 75% fat, 20% protein, and 5% net carbs per day. You should eat 1 serving of the recipe unless otherwise noted. If you’re still hungry when following this keto diet, you can add extra fat (e.g. coconut oil, MCT oil, fat bombs, etc.). You can also dip food in mayonnaise to add extra fat. Don’t go too overboard with your calories. Another option is to double the serving (i.e. eat two servings instead of one recipe). Your macros will then remain the same, but your calorie consumption will double.
