Each week I will share new meal plans to take the stress out of keto meal planning. As a general rule, I stick to simple recipes that don’t call for hard-to-find ingredients. Most of the recipes are one pan meals that can be prepared in 30 minutes or less. The few exceptions are slow cooker meals that are easy throw-and-go recipes. This meal plan is designed for people who love good food, but don’t want to spend hours on hard-to-make keto meals.

Day 1500 Calorie Meal Plan, Low Carb & High Protein

This One Pan Cheesy Jalapeno Chicken is the perfect easy keto dinner at only 5 net carbs! This recipe is perfect for busy weeknights and easy keto meal prep! This meal serves 4 people. From start to finish, this meal is on the table in 30 minutes.

This succulent ketochili packs tons of meat, peppers, spices, and tomatoes! At only 8.5 net carbs per serving of this low carb, no bean chili will be a family favorite! This recipe can be made on the stovetop, in an Instant Pot, or in a slow cooker and serves 8.

These easy Keto Steak Rolls are bursting with flavor. The flank steak is wrapped around green beans, bell peppers, and onion—just 4 net carbs per serving! This is probably the most labor-intensive recipe on the menu this week and can even be made in just 30 minutes. This recipe serves 4 people, each meat roll equals approximately one net carb.

This Keto Sausage and Cabbage Skillet is ready in less than 20 minutes and has less than 6 carbs per serving! As a bonus, if you have leftovers, serve them with a fried egg on top for a killer Keto Breakfast Hash. This recipe serves 4.

Advantages Of A Low Carb Diet

These Easy Keto Pizza Bites are loaded with Italian sausage and mozzarella! Perfect for keto meal prep and less than 1 net carb per bite! I serve them with a low-carb marinara like Rao’s, but I recently found a low-carb Ragu version, so check your local grocery store for a low-carb/no-sugar-added sauce. This recipe makes 30 bites.

This Keto Coffee Frappuccino is great for a keto breakfast or snack on the go. At less than 2 net carbs, you won’t believe how good this Starbucks knockoff is!

If you’re new to Keto, try my favorite Sausage, Egg and Cheese Bites—they contain less than one net carb per bite and are perfect for meal prep! One of my favorite easy low carb dinners is this One Pan Cabbage Casserole. It’s so easy, cheesy, and delicious and comes in at less than 9 net carbs per serving. A few other favorites, Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies, Pimento Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Peppers and Sausage and Cream Cheese Pinwheels!

When I initially started preparing for the keto diet, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to eat much due to the high restrictions on certain foods.
