The goal here is to simply reset those taste buds. Believe me, if you do this for a week and try regular chocolate, you will find it too sweet and disgusting. You’ll also find that the sugar in fruit is more than enough to satisfy your sweet tooth.

During this sugar free challenge we will be eating whole foods. Ain’t nobody got time to read that many labels, and I don’t know about you, but I don’t have room in my head for all the synonyms for sugar.

So will there be sausage? No. Will there be bandages? No (with a Spanish accent). Will the yogurt be flavored? Niet. I mean, are you surprised?

Will it be easy? Probably not, but I’m telling you, it will be good. I don’t know how I’d go an entire week without honey (that’s how I survived “no sugar” for about 3 years), but I actually want to extend this challenge beyond 30 days.
