If you are new to my meal plans, I share free 7 day flexible healthy meal plans (you can view my previous meal plans here) which are meant as a guide and you can add lots of options for more food, coffee, drinks, fruit , snacks, desserts, wine, etc. You should aim for around 1,500 calories* per day.

Breakfast and lunch from Monday to Friday are for 1 person, and dinner and all meals on Saturday and Sunday are for a family of 4. Some recipes have enough food for two nights or for lunch the next day. While we truly believe that there is no one-size-fits-all meal plan, we have done our best to come up with something that will appeal to a wide range of people. Everything is Weight Watchers friendly, I’ve included the updated Weight Watcher Freestyle Points for your convenience, feel free to substitute any recipes you want or just use this for inspiration!

A low carb diet can mean a LOT of different things. But in general, this means less than 150 grams of carbohydrates per day.

Pour over the spinach and lettuce. Top with cucumber, cherry tomatoes and chopped pecans. If you’re looking for some protein, add a lean meat like chicken to a skillet with your favorite seasoning and add to the pile! However, make sure that the dressing is free of unnecessary carbohydrates.
