All Peoples Health plans include a dental benefit provided by UnitedHealthcare Dental. This benefit includes a $0 dental deductible and a $0 copayment for preventive and comprehensive dental services received in-network up to the maximum plan-specific benefit amount.*Select your plan’s network from the selection below. You can find your network on your ID card. Or search for the type of plan you have and select the network listed under plan selection.
Network availability may vary by state, and the contract status of a particular healthcare provider may change at any time. In addition, only the listed offices are in your network. Visiting a doctor at any other location may result in reduced benefits. Therefore, it is recommended that you check with your healthcare provider that they still have a contract with your network and in the location where you plan to see the doctor before providing care.

California Mental Health Medical Necessity Review Process: Licensed nurses conduct an initial clinical review for pre-service, concurrent and/or post-service/retrospective requests consistently using clinical assessment criteria to determine the medical necessity of mental health care services. All applications that cannot be certified through the initial review are sent to the clinical partner for determination. The assessor will only request information reasonably necessary to make a decision.
