I started as a New Year’s resolution on January 5, 2019 and haven’t looked back since! When I started, I started tracking every single thing I ate and realized for the first time how many calories I was putting into my body.

As soon as I realized that, I immediately started implementing changes. I started eating low carb and eventually switched to keto, which I followed religiously for 15 months, eventually incorporating fasting.
