Yes! Although the fruit has natural sugar, they also contain vitamins, antioxidants and trace elements that the body needs, unlike refined sugar.

Instead, ditch the sugary packaged foods, grab some fresh or frozen fruit, add a few superfoods, whip up an enlightening smoothie cup, and feel the difference!

Here are a few ideas for toppings. Add any toppings you like. Go simple or all-out, making the perfect bowl for your taste!

Add protein powder or nut butter! Since fruits don’t have much protein, we encourage you to add a scoop of vegan protein powder or a serving of natural nut butter to the mix.
