Women's Healthcare Associates Tualatin Oregon – Nicki enjoys the different experiences and backgrounds of her patients and is interested in learning about them as whole people. Her goal is to work with women to make informed decisions about their health, actively listen to their views and incorporate their ideas into the care plan. Her main passions are working with young people and pregnant women and being able to counsel, educate and help them live their lives.
Nicki is married with two children. She enjoys spending time with her family and gardening, hiking, traveling and reading.

This allows our team to check if your plan may need to provide information about the care you need or to prepare benefit information to share with you during your visit. If you do not enter insurance information during the appointment, you will be asked to pay a deposit of $200-$500 before receiving services. Our Tualatin office includes OB/GYN physicians, nurse-midwives and nurses who care for people at every stage of life. Whether you’re coming in for your first prenatal visit, you’ve just found out you’re pregnant, or you need help managing your menopause symptoms, our team is here for you.
We are located in Tualatin on the grounds of Meridian Park Hospital off of I-5. Our office is located on the third floor, Suite 300 of Medical Plaza 1, near the 65th Avenue side of the hospital campus.
By car: from I-5, take exit 289 (Nyberg St. in Tualatin). Take the east exit onto Nyberg Street. Nyberg becomes 65th Street as the road bends. Take a left at the hospital campus and continue up the campus hill. Take the first left after the parking garage, our building, Medical Plaza 1 is the second building on your right.

Using transit: At the south end of Trimet bus route 76 (Beaverton/Tualatin) at Stop ID 3868. The stop is behind our building (Medical Plaza 1) near the entrance to the hospital. You enter the second floor; we are on the top floor in suite 300.
Free parking is available at both the front (north) and rear (south) sides of Medical Plaza 1. If parking is at the front, there is a small lot near entrance to our building and a three-story covered parking garage. come closer.
If you are parked in the parking garage, exit to the top floor and turn slightly left (towards the hospital) to enter Medical Plaza 1. Take the elevator to the third floor.
If you have stopped at the back of our building by the entrance to the hospital, you will enter Medical Plaza 1 on the second floor.
